Alrigth, I read emioX's journal today and it got me thinking....

I want to do a manga filled with short stories by a binch of artists I know and stuff! Something like that would be really cool!

I'd put a story in there too, of course, but I feel like that would be really cool!

Then we could put them together on Lulu publishing like I like to do and all that....I wonder if I could get like Authors to help too...Hm I might have to run this idea past the people at DrunkDuck, too.


Hm, just a thought, we'll see where it takes us! SEE YA!

So the manga's are going to be short stories, so you have plenty of time to work on them as well! (just make sure there actual finished manga!) You can back out any time you want.

I'm thinking we need some themes to help base them on, so its easier to make them, so heres three themes we can choose from (or you can use all of them):

-School Bully
-The New Kid
-Odd one out

Theme ideas:
-Romance.
-Spooky occult stuff.
-Humorous versions of serious situations (a comedy about two hitmen, for example).
-Bananas.
-Vampires.
-Vampire bananas.
-Extreme exaggerations of daily life (ninjas at breakfast).
-I dunno.
-Dirty dirty doujinshis of our favorite characters. XD

Or if you got a story already, go with it!

I feel like I really want to do just a bunch of stories about random schools and crap.

I think it sounds good, so for short we'll call it JOINT! I'm thinking we will have 10 artists so now there are:

There is a page limit! Since this is to be published on Lulu, the cost and binding will change with how many pages,

So I am making the limit 100 pages (aka 200 pages because its 100 pages back and front) for EACH artist.

So I met with Nori, which was very cool! She is very nice. Yes. And totally awesome-sauce.

So some people I am needing to hear from about there stories, or maybe ideas are...CobyFrog, Ashelee, HieisQueen, and and Manta.

So start thinking you guys! ;3 @Coby: I think I should just see some art from you or something, cause I think you told me a bit about your idea.

Good job all of you guys, it seems like you're getting your stuff together! I'm rooting for you! I have a feeling me and Ashlee will be done first, cause we do the most manga it seems.

Cover time, cover time, COVER TIME!

I have a good idea for a cover, but it would require we all do a color pic! (and I think we need our 10 artists too!) and they would be parts of them in like squares all aligned and stuff.

Or we could all do a color pic of a character and someone (not me, I'm not too good with photoshop) could put them all together in a cool way!

If you have any ideas for the cover, throw them at me!

Back cover, back cover, BACK COVER!

I was thinking it was kinda like the cover, with the squares, but its pic of other peoples characters that we drew (ex. I would draw D from Ghost Factory and Manta would draw one of my characters! ) so that would be intresting!

Of course we would all need to think of a catchy pararaph or sentence to put on the back as well!

Open for ideas!

ALSO: Please remember, most of the time JOINT will not have a deadline, but for lazy artists I will set one!

But for right now I AM setting a preview art due-date! It is [o4/11/o8], thats this friday! So get working you who haven't gotten any preview art into me!

This is just a saying, but if you ever get stuck on a part with manga, pull out a manga you like, look at it, and ask "What makes it good?"

Also, its good for panel work and things.

Man, my new icon is hella rad, cause I made it and it's Shadow of The Colossus and that game like owns my sould forever.
